Dnipro city–Kyiv–Odessa–Sevastopol, July
Let me get straight to the point; I do not normally write letters of appreciation. In most cases where I have paid for a service or product, I expect those goods and services be provided as the general course of doing business. In other words, if I buy something, I expect it to perform in the manner it is represented! Most of my letters to suppliers are a result of the goods or services falling far short of the represented value. In other words, my letters are usually the result of a complaint about inferior goods or inadequate service. From my experience, these instances are more ubiquitous than they should be. And so it is a unique honor and privilege to have been engaged in a business transaction with you and your company! You have not only provided goods and services equal to my contractual expectations, in most cases you have far exceeded those expectations. First of all you tailored a tour of Ukraine according to my desires. I said that I wanted to go here and here and there; and you in turn accommodated every request with travel arrangements, personnel to meet and greet me; and the constant knowledge that if I needed anything, I need only make a phone call and ask. Your agency is unique in this respect. I felt I was seeing Ukraine and meeting Ukrainians properly and not as the usual movement of cattle going from on site to another en masse. Secondly, I have mentioned your staff, the people you have chosen to represent your company and Ukraine; you have enlisted the most capable people I have ever met. It has been a tremendous experience for me (my 2005 trip to Ukraine). I have indelible memories and emotions about this journey. My sincere regards and appreciation
