Rise and shine with us first thing in the morning! We take you to our favorite sunrise spot at the famous Langeron beach where you witness the first light of the day. Seeing the sun rising from the water is a great way to start our Day of Yoga!
Right at the beach we’ll have our first practice that includes breathing exercises (Pranayamas) and energizing flow with some light back bends and twists to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
After that we have some refreshing drinks and snacks of your choice and take a walk along a picturesque embankment with palm trees, beautiful fountains, geysers and interesting sculptures. Finally, we walk into a garden of an upscale yoga club where you meet your instructor for a private 1h lesson. Our professional Yoga instructor will make sure that you keep the right posture and are one with your body and soul as you move through meditations or movements, selected to target your specific goals.
It’s time to pamper yourself, and what is a better way to relax and rejuvenate than a Spa visit?! You are in for a special treat when we get in – Thai massage session*! The Thai massage is a wonderfully energizing and balancing treatment especially after a morning of Yoga. You’ll leave the spa in a state of harmony and balance… and ready for a healthy brunch! We take you to a nearby Gaya Restaurant that offers a wonderfully diverse selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes in a beautiful setting. We enjoy our first big meal of the day and have some well-deserved rest.
