I am very happy with the services provided by UkraineTour. A driver met me at the airport and was very friendly. He helped me with the luggage and got me safely to the bus station. At the bus station, he went with me to the ticket window and exchanged a voucher to the ticket. My bus was departing later that day and I needed to take my luggage to the storage “camera hraneniya”. The bus driver helped me with that as well. I wish I knew about your company and services you are providing earlier to avoid all the troubles of getting from the airport and the train/bus stations on my previous visits to Ukraine. I been using UkraineTour many times in the past years, and last in summer 2015.I was a little worried about how it would be in summer 2015 after the Russian invasion of Crimea and the war in Donetsk and Lugansk, but there was really nothing to worry about at all, everything was nice and calm in the 3 cities i was in (Kiev, Kharkiv and Dnepropetrovsk where I was staying most of the time.
